Therapist - Sessions offered in German and Russian
In the 90s, before training as a trauma therapist, I worked in Moscow with children with special needs and their parents as a developmental psychologist. I learned what it means to live with trauma and that if not addressed with the due attention it only gets harder with time. Through my personal and professional experience in different countries I also learned that all the difficulties of being migrants, refugees, working and raising children between countries, languages and cultures can trigger and disturb our internal world and emotional stability. My goal is helping people to find a way to build their personal resilience. Based in Switzerland, I work at the institute MMI in Zürich, which provides psychological support and therapy to vulnerable people with young children and refugees that come here from all over the world. I offer sessions in German and Russian.
