We collect personally identifiable information about you, such as your full name, phone number, Skype/WhatsApp/Viber contact details, email address, or similar, when you complete the “Get Help Now” contact form, when you purchase therapy hours via our website, or when you contact us via our email address (areyouok@themindfield.world) and speak to one of our therapists. If you choose to purchase therapy hours from us, our third-party payment processor “Square” will collect your payment information. When you use the Mind Field therapy services or submit your details via email or the website contact form, we may receive certain information about you as described below. We do not send any promotional emails; however, we may send you service related emails, such as invoices, payment reminders, or reminders of appointment times. If you no longer wish to receive these emails, you may opt out of them or cancel your therapy services by contacting us at areyouok@themindfield.world.

We also use cookies on our website to collect standard internet log-on information and details of visitor behavior patterns (e.g. to find out the number of visitors to different parts of the site). This enables us to analyze and improve the content of our site and the navigation experience of users. The information is also provided to our financial and administrative staff for the purpose of invoicing/billing and to respond to any of your questions and concerns as it relates to the service and/or invoicing. Our invoicing and payment processing is carried out by a third party, Square, who processes your credit card information and you can read their privacy statement here.

How We Share Your Information

The Mind Field will not rent or sell your personally identifiable information to others. We may store personal information in locations outside the direct control of the Mind Field (for instance, with our third party payment processor, Square). Any personally identifiable information you elect to make publicly available on our website, such as posting comments on our blog page, will be available to others. If you remove information that you have made public on our website, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of our website, or if other users have copied or saved that information.

We may share non-personally identifiable information (such as anonymous usage data) for marketing or advocacy purposes. Non-personally identifiable information may be stored indefinitely.

These countries (including the U.S.) may not necessarily have data protection laws as comprehensive or protective as those in your country; however, our collection, storage and use of your personal data will always be governed by this Privacy Policy.

How We Protect Your Information

The Mind Field Our website is protected by an SSL certificate (which encrypts information collected via our website forms and payment page). Further, we use Square as our payment processor, which employs its own security practices which you can review here. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. This includes communication platforms such as Skype, WhatsApp, Viber and email platforms. The Mind Field is concerned with protecting your privacy and data, but we cannot ensure our website and/or our storage facilities will never be subject to an unauthorized intrusion, diversion, equipment failure or other error. Therefore, we hereby disclaim any and all liability resulting from any such actions or events, including but not limited to any and all direct, indirect, incidental, special and consequential damages.
